WHAT IS YOUR MAKEUP POLICY FOR MISSED CLASSES?

You missed a class (we're sad, too). Here's what you need to know:

We offer several Kindermusik classes during the week, and we are streaming them LIVE. Let us know you will not be able to make it to class in person, and we will provide you with the Zoom link to join us LIVE on the date you choose! In-person make ups are based upon availability. Makeup classes are available for the families with current enrollment only.

WHAT ARE YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS?

Whether or not to mask while in class is left to an individual’s discretion. If you or your child is not felling well, please stay home. We will be happy to have you join us via Zoom.

HOW DOES YOUR HAPPINESS GUARANTEE WORK?

Our desire for you is worry-free enrollment at The Music Nest. We’d like you to give your classes a try for at least 4 - 8 weeks. Because our classes stimulate the brain and body, it may take a month or two for your child to feel the flow of the class or lesson. If, after a sufficient amount of time, it isn’t what you dreamed of for your child, we’ll refund the balance of your class tuition that applies to the future of the refund request date. Kindermusik Kits are yours to keep and are non-refundable.

HOW DO I JOIN THE MUSIC NEST ON INSTAGRAM AND FACEBOOK?

One of our values at The Music Nest is Nurturing Spaces and Community. We are building a beautiful community on Instagram and Facebook and we’d love for you to join us! Joining our social media pages is a great way to stay informed, to get to know us, and also a wonderful way for us to get to know you. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE AND WHEN DO I PAY?

Our registration is ongoing, your account is charged on the 1st day of each month you are enrolled. We accept MC, Visa, Discover, and AMEX. Our system automatically processes the scheduled payments for you. Upon enrolling for a session of classes

  • School Year: Prior to Sep 1st, a first month tuition is taken in full and the monthly payment is processed on the 1st day of each following month of your enrollment.

  • Mid School Year: Upon enrollment. Your monthly tuition is prorated if you join mid month.

  • Summer Session: Prior to May 1, a deposit is taken and the full monthly payment is processed on June 1st.

WHERE ARE YOUR CLASSES LOCATED?

We are happy to welcome you to our classroom at Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Cleveland, 21600 Shaker Blvd, Shaker Heights, Oh 44122 West Entrance, Room 108. The church provides spacious parking under the shade, an EV charging stations and believed to have the largest solar array on church property in Ohio!

MY ENROLLED CHILD MAY HAVE A SIBLING/FRIEND (OLDER, YOUNGER) WITH THEM, WHAT CAN I DO?

Occasionally a cousin is visiting, an older sibling does not have school, or perhaps you’re watching a friend’s child. For these rare occasions we do allow a drop in fee for the visiting child so they can enjoy the classroom experience with your child. Please contact us and let us know ahead of time so we can let you know if we have room in the specified class.
